Person description

Ideal candidates will be outgoing self starters with experience in both industrial sales and operations of CNC machines. Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC programming or CAD/CAM is a strong plus. Responsibilities include prospecting, basic technical demonstrations and closing sales opportunities.  The salesman will initially be trained in Salt Lake City, but work from his home in Texas and travel throughout the territory on a routine basis.

Delcam USA, makers of FeatureCAM, seeks a bright, energetic professional for an applications support position in Salt Lake City, Utah. This person will support and train customers in the use of our advanced CAD/CAM software product.  You will conduct training sessions live or over the web, and answer questions and solve problems via email and telephone.  We are looking for someone with a great attitude who likes working with people. Must be able to learn quickly and problem solve effectively.  The successful candidate must be a team player who can work well with our software developers and other applications personnel.  The position requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow through.  Some domestic and international travel possible, but travel is not a focus of this position.
